Was excited to get my hair done (drove 40 min out of my way) and it was my first time at this salon. I wanted a full foil on my roots and a cut. But when my hair was looked at by Jon, he looked at my hair in disgust and said my hair was damaged and there was nothing he could do. The way he said it and how he was looking at it was as if it was the grossest thing he’s seen. I know my hair is damaged, but he didn’t have to act like my hair was gross and make me feel bad about myself. I struggle with depression after my father passed away and the experience I had going to this salon made me feel even worse about myself instead of making me feel “beautiful” like good salons do. I immediately left really upset and I will never be returning. I’m sure this rating will be deleted along with the other one star rating that it says it has but I try to find it to see what that rating was about but it’s not there. Dishonest and an overall not a good experience. I walked out and sat in my car crying, I googled and found a different salon much closer to my house and booked an appointment with them. And they actually had a receptionist that answered the phone first ring. (Another problem I had with Hair And so On, no one ever picked up the phone).

Great experience! Fast. Reasonably priced, especially for the area, where most stylists seem overpriced. And I was able to get on the schedule quickly… which is another issue in this area. So glad I found them! And, most importantly, my hair looks great!
