Critical: ProfessionalismHorrible and dishonest service! I told Valentina I only wanted a trim. Like 2-3 inches off my hair. She went ahead and cut at least 7 inches off my hair without asking me. And then proceeded to lie about it. I heard other people with the same stories here. I think they do this on purpose to sell peoples hair for money. Which is actually illegal without the consent of the customer. This is honestly a lawsuit waiting to happen. I have been here twice now for a walk in men’s cut. Almost no wait, barber like cut. Very affordable, folks are nice but be aware this is a no frills experience

I’ve been coming here for 3 years and I went to college but every time I came back I made sure to get a haircut by them the girl that usually cuts my hair does no longer work there and I recently found out about it and naturally I did not know anyone else there they said come in and someone will help me right away I wait for 30 min as every employee looked at me waiting and continued to help everyone else that came in. No longer coming here they had one lady that was good and she no longer works there. They have lost my business
