Monty did a poor job of coloring my hair May 5th for $100. From the moment she dried it she said “it didnt come out how it was suppose to but its cute and could fix it BUT would have to be another time”. I even tipped her $20 out of respect and on her word that she would indeed fix my hair. I have now walked around with PURPLE streaks (which was suppose to be red and copper but she put purple instead) and a horizontal blonde line across the back of my head (which she claimed would blend after a few washes and it didnt) for 6 weeks and she has not replied to my calls or text messages for 2 weeks.
