Tamara and her team made hair and makeup magic happen on our wedding day for my bridesmaids and I. She is professional, easy to work with, and she understood the look I was going for far better than I could ever have explained it. She goes above and beyond to make her clients happy and will work with you to make sure you look your best. Critical: Cleanliness, Professionalism, PunctualityI went to Tamra twice and she did well with my hair. The issue is professionalism. Her station was very dirty with leftover hair on the floor, boxes everywhere and she was also dressed more for yoga than service. The atmosphere was also somewhat negative with lots of personal drama being discussed freely throughout the salon.Finally she rescheduled my daughter last minute to get her hair dyed blue and purple which she was very excited about. The day of the new appt we showed up a little early and the salon was dark and locked. I called her and she was clearly asleep and said she had a migraine. When I told her I would ve appreciated a phone call she snapped back with “well I took medication early this morning and I didn’t expect to sleep this long.” We will not be going back. Her station was very dirty with leftover hair on the floor, boxes everywhere and she was also dressed more for yoga than service.
