When I arrived everyone was very friendly. Welcomed me right away and offered me coffee. Dana cut and styled my hair. She did exactly as I asked her. My hair was long, damaged, and had no style. Dana gave me a great haircut. I will be using this salon again.

LOVE, LOVE, LOVE! Not only do I get a great color and cut but also great conversation too! Try it for yourself before you believe any “negative” reviews. The Hair Shoppe is, for me, like the “Cheers” of hair salons….it only takes a few times before everyone who works there knows your name and greets you when you walk in. If I didn’t have an appointment & had to do a “walk in” it would be worth the wait!

This place is horrible! I used to go all the time then one day I went in and there was only one person working and couldn’t get my kids hair done then I went in again today waited because the one lady was on the phone and I did not want to interrupt her so I sat down, waited and waited as a couple people came and gone as the workers kept looking at me but nothing was mentioned so then 15 min later the phone rings lady answered phone and says I can take you if you come now which made me instantly angry! They then look at me and say do u have an appointment? I said no! I was then asked if I could come back on Tuesday because the one lady had to run home real quick? Poor business! I will be sure to spread the word on my behalf! WOW!

Me and my 13 year old Daughter went to get highlights and color done ..they mess it up so we went back to get it fix an the Owner was totally disrespectful and in my face yelling.. what got me upset was she was yelling at me in front of my daughter which is totally disrespectful to begin with..All My daughter wanted was to get her hair back to the same color and they refused and refused to give me the money back so needless to say she went out crying once again.. They are not professional at all..
