I always enjoy my experience here. The staff is very nice and welcoming and always make sure you get what you need. Brooke is amazing. Won’t trust anyone else with my hair. She is so sweet and knows what she is doing. Just got my lash extensions done there too with Madelyn and they are gorgeous!

This is only the second time I’ve been here and I have been disappointed both times. The haircut itself was fine, although they didn’t cut off as much as I wanted either times. The first time, I paid $37 for a hair cut and wash, they didn’t dry it, I left with wet hair. The second time I paid the exact same amount for only a dry hair trim. They did not inform me beforehand that they weren’t going to wash it and they did not inform me that it would be the same price, both of which they should have mentioned when I made the appointment. I expected a lot more and unfortunately, I won’t find myself going there again.

It’s very clean, up to code, staff is friendly and accommodating, they always make you feel well treated and make time for exactly what you need. Parking is good and it’s easy to find, highly recommend to anyone needing waxing, massage, hair care, lashes tattoos removals ect.. they offer it all!!

I’ve been coming here for 10 years and this week will be the last time I go. The owner, Michelle, is rude, condescending, and difficult to work with. They grow through stylists and lash techs very fast and you cannot get the same person because by the time you go to reschedule, they’ve already left the business. This makes ya wonder how they are also being treated. I’ve given lots of business to this establishment and for them to treat me like a child today and state they have changed their policies last minute is crazy. Do not go there for lashes. I’ve had lashes on for multiple years and never had a problem until recently they started coming off and I had to start coming in weekly. They stated it was my fault and I used oil based makeup-I don’t even wear makeup!!! And where did the stylists go that did my hair?? All of a sudden they no longer work there? Their retention rate is terrible and the customer service is subpar. I honestly suggest going to Lush Lashes in White Bear Lake or Mint Salon for a much better experience and you dont have to drive so far. You have LOST my business. If I could give less than a zero, I would.

If I can do negative I don’t mind to have Mary John an negative 100 for my eyelash extensions she just did for me. Feel like I just wasted my time n money to went to her . Both sides are not even at all and when I asked her to make them even she kept fighting back n said no hair … but there is a lots of hair to put the eyelash on. I look like a freak now and I’m going on vacation in two days . Her hands smelled so bad she not even washed her hands before she gave me the service… she slammed the eyelashes boxes on the bed while I was asking her to put more on and gave me attitudes . Why did I went there to paid 125 today ? She pulled my real eyelash so hard and it was hurting when she did it… she need to wear glasses to see . I feel so horrible with these eyelash on my eyes now
