Asked for a spiral perm and got wavy at best. Rude replies constantly. Had to miss an appointment because my dog had to be put down so I messaged and let them know and got NO reply. I had to call the salon that day crying and told them that I had to cancel and they said they “knew and saw the message”. Was told that they would redo it for free, but I “paid for it to begin with”. I’m not going to be rude and decline to pay for a service, weird. Just overall bad experience altogether. Picture is of a “spiral perm”. Also, while I was in the salon I told them that I had an alcoholic do my perm one time before and it turned out weird and then they tried to blame my hair type for being the reason the perm didn’t set even though I followed every instruction they gave..just upset I didn’t get what I paid for. Also, I don’t feel like being bullied to get my hair done. ♀️
