Normally I don’t like to complain about a business, but I got my hair done a few weeks ago. It seemed really great when it was finished and styled. I was really happy with it. However, a few days later after washing it and drying it, it may be one of the worst haircuts I’ve ever had! I mean it’s a complete hack job. I started getting a bad feeling about this stylist once he started speaking down to me, and fighting with another employee, but he seemed fairly confident (maybe a tad arrogant) in what he was doing. Im literally embarrassed to go out looking like this. They were nice people, so I gave the two stars, but the haircut is just atrocious!

I’m new to the city, and I’m so grateful to have found Diane at Hair Sense! She was so kind, responsive, and very knowledgeable about her work. I absolutely love how she cut and toned my hair, and she was able to fix my dry and damaged ends. Janie was also really lovely and helpful. Diane and Janie went above and beyond, and I will absolutely be returning!!! They made me feel right at home.

I’d recommend this place as well as Diane as a stylist! I had a lot of ideas but didn’t know exactly what I wanted and how it’d come out. Diane was patient and gave her honest opinion (she has your best interests) and worked with me to get the look that I did. I received tons of compliments and more importantly, I walked out loving my new look. It was better than I could’ve imagined. First time with Diane but I could tell she’s experienced and knowledgeable. In Diane, I’ve found my hair stylist!

Excellent service! I went to this saloon for the first time. It is very clean and neat. Edgar the hair stylist is a very gentle person and has very good technical knowledge about hair styling and hair care. They provide a fabulous service for the right price of $25! This is going to be my regular saloon! Haircut

I went to Hairsense once and got my haircut and styling done from Tina. She did such an amazing job so I booked her for my engagement hair styling. The experience that day turned out extremely bad. I was treated so badly all through. When she started doing my hair, for some reason she says she’s not able to curl my hair and questioned me “what did you do to your hair” I said I did not nothing but used a heat protectant. I use Verb heat protectant which is a decent one. She blamed on it and sent me to wash my hair. She was still not able to curl and kept yelling at me, pulling my hair even after I asked her to stop it. She could have just told me politely that it’s not working and I would not mind but instead she kept blaming me, my hair and my hair routine. It was my engagement day. I was in tears. She didn’t charge me. I went home, washed my hair and curled my hair myself and it worked absolutely fine. I don’t know why she baheved that way. It was absolutely not acceptable in any way.

I wouldnt go anywhere else but where ever my titi is… the salon moved to a new location for over a year now but the service stays the best! Hair Sense Salon is as beautiful as the owners. Really nice clean, cozy place and everyone that works at the salon are lovely inside and out especially my TitiD.
