Mandy did super fun color in my hair and I love it. I was a black box dye reform story, she had me use a pre treatment. Mandy foiled and bleached with no damage. She cut it about 3 weeks prior to doing color. Mandy used cult colors on my hair and they are *bam* vibrant.
