I made a last-minute appointment to get my hair dyed really wanted it to be that new gray color that everybody has. I showed a picture to the lady it was Becky and she said that she could do it but it might take two times for me to get it the way I want it. I said okay that’s fine because my hair is so dark I understood. I was in there from 1 to 5 and she had me under the dryer with chemicals in my hair from his 4 hours and instead of it being gray it’s blind and half of it has burnt off. I will be contacting a lawyer. And I have posted only one star because it doesn’t give me an option for zero
