I have been going to Traci for years. She rescued me after I tried to D.I.Y. Color with disastrous results. I had a meeting the next day and foolishly tried to “touch up” my hair with home highlights. It was a nightmare & I had successfully done it numerous times prior to this event. She helps guide you on deciding what you want, not pushing her style on you. She is talented, professional, courteous, & friendly. She is not scissor-happy. If you ask for a minimal trim, you do NOT get surprised with a full cut. The nightmare of finding your trim is a 3 inch cut is over. If you are insure what you want, just ask for her opinion. If it doesn’t sound like something you want. She is not irritated. She may even call other workers in for an opinion, but only with your permission. She just wants you to love your hair. Even if I want something different, not even knowing what, I have never walked out of there loving what they have done. Traci is a miracle worker. Great for diy home disaster remedies, new ideas, and everything in between. I will never go to anyone else. Review states new, due to the fact that I added one sentence and corrected a spelling error. I have used her services for years.

Tracey is the best! I actually started going to Hair Secrets, and Tracey, because my husband gets his hair cut with her and is always super happy with it. (He’s picky ) I love the highlight/lowlight job Tracey did for me a few weeks ago. Highly recommend
