I arrived at 6:25pm for my appointment at 6:30pm on July-13-2022. She was working on two persons and one left at 6:35pm and she started working on the second person. Then, she told me to wait for 10 minutes presumably to finish the second person. I do not understand this kind business manner. She clearly double or triple booked me. Not acceptable and I don’t believe it was done mistakenly. I left and she said sorry in Korean.

I’ve been coming here for the last 5 years for my haircuts. The proprietor is a lovely Korean woman who speaks little English but always seems to understand exactly what I want done to my hair with the assistance of a single cellphone photo and a little gesticulation. Haircuts cost $35, which is a steal for Boston. And she’s always on time as well, I don’t think I have had to wait more than 15 minutes for my haircut to start.

This place is bare to basic, and could use some updates to be more pleasant. One time, I quit my errands prematurely to make the appointment on time. However, the stylist was attending a customer. so I patiently waited. To my surprise, she started with another customer after that. So I asked when she would finish with them and ready for me. She replied another 20 to 30 min. Then I told her it would be too late for me to pick up my children and told her that I drove 50 minutes to make the appointment. Without a hint of apology, she said “Then wait or come next time, it is up to you”. If was absolutely rude of her. That was the last time I went to this place.
