Showed up 4 minutes late to scheduled appointment. They said they couldn’t do it since there is 20 minute sessions and the person scheduled 16 minutes later was there early(a literal footstep before me) so drove there for nothing. Probably could’ve just done it as it never takes her more than 10 minutes. Losing business is apparently a better decision.

Making the appointment was pretty easy. Hair cut took only 8 min max. It was nice and clean inside but i felt like i was rushed out of there. Haircut was ok but could have been better with a bit more time put into it. Customer service was good but lacked authenticity. Lastly, i didnt get any drinks like everyone else lol.

Nice location, very unprofessional staff. when i stopped by for my scheduled haircut, i was surprised to see people waiting outside past opening and an employee having to wait to be let in.The hostess also scheduled me for the wrong time when I came in the day before to book my appointment. Unfortunately i won’t be going here anymore after a years plus of loyalty because I was told being 3 miles away would make me too late lol. They needed 20 minutes but over the past years I’ve come in plenty of times early and didn’t get my haircut until after my appointment time. It’s a shame they keep switching management up the quality of service has down the toilet. As stated above it does not take 20 minutes for them to do a haircut they try to push you out in 10 minutes if that.
