No one was in the waiting room, and yet they insisted they could not do one child’s haircut because we were late. They were rude about it, and inflexible. I could see two employees doing nothing. I walked in without an appointment. The receptionist was ready to turn me away and said there were no more appointments that day. But what are the stylus Emily said I can take him.
