This is a complaint on their customer service. I was running late to my appointment. I called and gave the front desk a notice that I ran into traffic. I explained that i am 7 or 8 minutes away. I was told that it was “fine.” I get there and I get a lesson on being 9 minutes late and how they can no longer take me…. I’ve had two haircuts here. Very happy with both. Left a $20 tip on a $30 haircut. Left a $10 tip during my next haircut.

It was my second time here and with Jamie and she is amazing and fun to talk with while she is working. I did have a bad experience in the parking lot this morning while waiting for them to open for my appointment. The lady at was working the front desk came to work and parked next to me. When she got out of her car she hit my passenger door with her door hard enough to shake my car and leave a good sized pain chip in my door and just looked at me and walked inside never saying anything to me.

Just moved to the area and have been here twice now. First visit I had Brian. I showed him a photo of what I was looking for, shared some extra explanation and he went to work. Good conversation, good attention to detail, did a nice job. I don’t expect a perfect cut from anyone the first time, but I was happy enough and figured it would get better and better each visit.
