I’ve generally had several good experiences here with staff who tend to be nice and give good haircuts. They’ve been really busy whenever I’ve tried to walk in, so I made an appointment. I walked in 6 minutes past my appointment time. The receptionist said the stylist was not busy seeing anyone. Apparently there is a VERY strict 5 minute late policy (not posted online or stated in appt confirmation). Kinda rediculous.

Unfortunately, this location is not recovering from COVID conditions. The staff use to be nice and listened to the client. About 3 weeks ago my husband and son had the usual 6 week haircut for the last 7 years. It was bad all around. Late taking them back 45 min. and they book every six weeks mind you. The store was overrun with one elderly man family. Then she did not wash their hair as in the notes or look at the notes they had in the system. She dry cut a horrible trim not a cut. My son finally spoke up how he wanted his haircut. She was very rude. Lost our business for life.

Christian was my sons stylist, and she was absolutely AMAZING!! It was our first time at a Hair Saloon, and we are definitely going back, and asking for her! First impressions of the facility completely blew me away…they really thought of everything!! Customer service was stellar, and again, our stylist was phenomenal!!! Scissor cut

Not very satisfied. My haircut is never consistent. And the prices are jacked up. Once the hairstylists was complaining about her boyfriend that was 20yrs older than her like I care.I consistently feel cheated when I walk out.. Also wasted a 30min trip once rushing to get there being caught by a train. Only when I walked in about 6 or 7 minutes late. They canceled my appointment. Never have my business again.

This was my first visit to the Hair Saloon but it will not be my last. Trish, the stylist, did a wonderful job with my hair, probably the best haircut I have had in decades. The wait in the lobby was pleasant, offered beverages and such, and the private booths for the stylist’s made the experience feel way less public. The price was not bad at all, about 5 dollars more than one would spend at Sport Clips, and they have a better loyalty system than any of the other chain places I have had my hair cut at over the years.

I like going to different barber shops and trying different haircuts because one day i will be bald so might as well try all the haircuts while i can. I also like to reassure to the barber that they are the artist and if they think something will look better to do it. Not only did this place not give me the haircut i wanted but gave me a horrible hair cut there was no effort in trying to make it look good. There was no special treatment i had hair all over me there was no clean up whoever let that woman touch clippers are evil and want to see the world fall
