Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueMy experience with Shannon was beyond exceptional. Her studio was professional and clean. I love how intimate and personal the studio is. We were able to communicate freely and her focus was on point. Shannon knows what she’s doing. She was able to figure out what I wanted from just a couple of pictures. The pictures I showed her weren’t exactly what I wanted but she was able to ask a few questions to better understand. The end result was everything I wanted and more. I have been cutting my own hair for the past three years because I haven’t found anyone I could feel comfortable with. Shannon definitely made me feel comfortable throughout the experience and after the cut I feel confident again. I would give her 10 stars if I could. My experience with Shannon was beyond exceptional. Her studio was professional and clean. I love how intimate and personal the studio is. We were able to communicate freely and her focus was on point. Shannon knows what she’s doing. She was able to figure out what I wanted from just a couple of pictures. My hair was over processed with bleach and a lot of my hair broke off and it was damaged and dry, so Shannon did such a great job making it look healthy and she nailed it with the ash color when she added low lights and listened to me with what I wanted. She’s such a sweet person I felt so comfortable around her. I can’t wait to have her do my hair again in the future. My hair was over processed with bleach and a lot of my hair broke off and it was damaged and dry, so Shannon did such a great job making it look healthy and she nailed it with the ash color when she added low lights and listened to me with what I wanted.
