She did an excellent job on my hair. I love the perm it was what I wanted. She quoted me $125 over the phone and after getting to my appointment and her looking at my hair she said it would be $150 which was fine. She then wanted me to buy a bottle of conditioner instead of tipping her which I said okay to. When it was time to pay she charged me $200. I paid the money and she brought out a bottle of so called conditioner but it has no label on it so I have no idea what it actually is and she then said I only filled it 3/4 of the way up. So I paid $50 dollars for something I’m not even sure what it is. She then wanted me to take gel with me and bring another $23 dollars for that. Was not impressed about having to pay $50 extra dollars for something that is just a black bottle and not even full. Don’t plan on going back. I feel ripped off. She then wanted me to give her a 5 star review but it had to be done in front of her so she could see exactly what you put. I did that so I could get out the door and then changed my review and now she will not stop harassing me to take my review down.

Called a month after my appointment not even to ask if I would have wanted to schedule an appointment but because I never left a 5 star review. When making the appointment she kept saying she had to wash my hair when all I needed was a shave on my undercut. Finally got her to understand and she charged me a good price but at the end she wouldn’t stop talking about how I am supposed to wash and condition my hair.

I am a male with longer hair, I haven’t had a haircut in 2 yrs and i just wanted a trim, my original barber has retired. I searched for local salons, I found this one, I called to set up appointment and the owner stated that a hair cut would be between $20 – $55, but would probably be closer to $55, i stated $55 was a little more than the $10 haircuts I was used to (jokingly), , she advised me to continue getting my hair cut by the person who has been cutting my hair (which i stated earlier that he had retired). I thanked her for her time on the phone and told her I would just find someone else.

It is unfortunate that Sue, the shop owner as well as the one and only stylist, does not know how to cut and style hair in current styles. She is stuck in the past and it’s impossible to get satisfactory service from her. She did not stack my hair in the back as I asked. I explained what I wanted and even went in there with the basic cut and style I wanted. All I needed was a trim and a stepper stack. I left there with my style being very round. It truly looks like a style from the 80s and is not at all attractive or current. She talked non-stop about how good she was and how she just cut and “watched the hair.” Please save your money and hair and do not go to Sue!
