Critical: QualityI’ll start out by saying the woman who worked with me was VERY nice. However, I had an expired Groupon and when that happens it becomes a credit towards your service and maybe it was a misunderstanding on my part when I told her this but she did not accept the credit I had already bought and am currently fighting with Groupon to get my money back. I went in for a blowout and TRIM. Another woman walked in and I was told by the person doing my hair that she’s a regular and from then on it felt like I was being pushed out. She said the blowout doesn’t include style (flat iron or curl) and that’s $20 extra. I said it was fine I could just do that at home and when I got home and saw my haircut all straightened I was appalled. I do not have layers in my hair! I never go to anyone else but my usual stylist in Florida but due to Covid I desperately needed a trim. It is SO UNEVEN!! I never post when I am unhappy with something but I’ve been sitting at home so upset for days. If you are to go here make sure it’s straightened first to see what it looks like!! However, I had an expired Groupon and when that happens it becomes a credit towards your service and maybe it was a misunderstanding on my part when I told her this but she did not accept the credit I had already bought and am currently fighting with Groupon to get my money back. Critical: ValueWish I could give 0 or even negative rating. Unfortunately we dont have any such options.This is a late review but is always better than never. I visited this salon a long back for hair styling for my maternity photoshoot. I had naturally curly hair then and asked the stylist to straighten a little on the top and make more defined curls at the bottom. She did as I told but it did not last even until my shoot was over. Those curls became straight. Days went by and I washed my hairs twice but didnt get my curls back. I said the same to her she replied saying that she did nothing to my hair. She spoke to Revathy who blamed my pregnancy for this change. I straightened my hair even 1 month before I went there. My curls were not spoiled then. However there was no proper response from the duo. I could only understand that the stylist did an irreversible damage to my naturally curly hair. Now the state of my hair is like naturally curly half way and straight at the bottom atleat for 5 inches. Now I cant even cut it which makes my hair too short. I even tried CGM but curly part shows the progress and not the bottom part. I have been waiting for my curls back but it has been more than a year now. So with a lot of frustration am writing this review. Please avoid this place if you really love your naturally curly hair. And I was charged heavily for this styling. I couldn’t forget this amount because I feel like I paid this much to spoil my hair forever.In Aug 2018, I visited this place for a wart removal. On looking at the wart, Revathy promised that there wont be any mark and that it will fall off after the procedure. She charged a 3digit amount for this procedure. However, I felt happy that finally I could get rid of the wart without any mark. But it didnt fall off immediately after the procedure. It took 4 to 5 days to fall off and finally turned into a keloid. I was again waiting then for this wound to heal completely. Later when I spoke to Revathy, she asked me to wait until I delivered the baby and then she would give some tips to lighten the mark.
