Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueI was looking for a place that was in the area because of the convenience of being close to my job. I asked around and was recommended to 2 different places, one closed at 3pm which would never work for me and the other place was so rude on the phone when I called to inquire about an appointment. So I found this place and decided to give it a try. I’m so glad I did. Gabby did a wonderful job and was a pleasure to talk to. I thoroughly enjoyed myself and you can’t beat the price. I was looking for a place that was in the area because of the convenience of being close to my job. I asked around and was recommended to 2 different places, one closed at 3pm which would never work for me and the other place was so rude on the phone when I called to inquire about an appointment. So I found this place and decided to give it a try. I’m so glad I did. Gabby did a wonderful job and was a pleasure to talk to. I thoroughly enjoyed myself and you can’t beat the price. I highly recommend and will definitely be back!

Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueMy 14-year-old daughter and myself had been there several times for haircuts and were pleased with the haircuts we had gotten. Then I decided to use them for a color. They had to use two different toners because the first time my hair came out not at all what I was wanting, so they used a different toner and then I was Snow White. I did not realize until a couple of days later that underneath all the hair close to the roots by the head was yellow from using the bleach and lifting my darker roots. Gabby has the best personality of probably anyone I have ever met. But I should not have been able to leave looking like that nor should I have been charged $155. I went in and asked for either a reimbursement or a partial reimbursement and Elaine the owner told me that was not going to happen, and she was extremely rude the last several times I have been there. When I was trying to get explain the color I wanted, Elaine was rolling her eyes at Gabby the stylist. Talk about unprofessional. Will never go back. My 14-year-old daughter and myself had been there several times for haircuts and were pleased with the haircuts we had gotten. Then I decided to use them for a color. I was not happy with the color (not the stylists fault) and I called to see if there was anything they could do. AMAZING! I went in on Tuesday for a cut and color. I was not happy with the color (not the stylists fault) and I called to see if there was anything they could do. She told me to come back in and they fixed the color and did not charge me for the correction. Very nice people. The stylists name is Gabrielle and she is so sweet.
