When I had my consultation with her to discuss my hair needs & goals, I knew I was going to be in good hands. Saundra is VERY knowledgeable & she is also sensitive to the individual needs of a client. I had never had this kind of consultation before, but she was very patient with me, she answered all my questions & offered her expert advice which helped me to better frame what I wanted for my hair. When it came time for my actual appointment, Saundra explained every step she was taking during the process, & for me, this whole experience was like getting a make over. Saundra exceeded my expectations, & I was so HAPPY with the end result. I got a color, cut & style & all together it made me feel like a new person. I will DEFINITELY be going back to Saundra for all my hair needs from here on, & I HIGHLY recommend her! Saundra is VERY knowledgeable & she is also sensitive to the individual needs of a client.
