UPDATE: here is an update about hair reformation (my last post was in 2020 after my first few appointments). I am still speechless and in love with HR. First I’ll start with the vibes when u walk in. It’s bright inviting there is so much to look at (and get decor ideas from for your own house because Natalie and Shaant are master minds when it comes to decor ) it’s EXTREMELY CLEAN. You will not find hair on the floor or even dust in a corner it is always spotless. Natalie is always traveling to learn from NYC and LA to bring us Buffalo girls the most updated styles and products. I was watching a tik tok video and Kim k and her hair products and everyone was commenting I wonder what the label of the hair product she was using was and I already knew because I use it! Because Natalie sells it at the salon and uses it on me. There have been so many new products added since 2020 hair mist I freaking absolutely love them and it totally changes my hair for weeks when I get one. I am obsessed with always changing my hair color Natalie always keeps on top of it and my hair health is the best it’s ever been. I do have extensions invisible bead extensions are top notch. You can immediately put your hair up or down after install and Cheyenne is a pure genius when it comes to placement of the extensions. Every stylist at HR work together to give you your dream hair. This place is truly amazing. Natalie is currently booked but accepting new clients for feb. of 23 but Cheyenne is currently accepting new stylist and she is just as amazing as Natalie they truly are all the best and I will be with them forever.

So many girls say they take good care of their hair and I was definitely one to always say that prior to going to Hair Reformation…HOWEVER, I did not even realize how damaged my hair was and how uneven my highlights were prior to Hair Reformation. Shayna is absolutely amazing! She fixed my highlights, brightened my hair correctly and took her time doing so. She always gives me great advice on hair care and I am very confident in asking her any question regarding how to care for my hair. It is finally growing thick and long thanks to Shayna! She is exceptional. I can’t stress enough how thankful and happy I am with my hair. All of the girls at the salon are so welcoming and kind. These girls know EXACTLY what they are doing and take their time doing so. Highly recommended!!!!

Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueFirst let me start off by saying, if you’re questioning whether or not you want to coming to this salon DO NOT ANYMORE. I had the most exceptional and professional experience at Hair Reformation. I came in with a full disaster from a previous salon in Buffalo called “the golden hour salon”. The pictures attached are less than 24 hours after a “stylist” at golden hour had done my hand ties. It was absolutely horrific. She did an awful job not only placing and sewing in the hair but also the color was nowhere near my hair color so the extensions did not match AT ALL. I had my best friends wedding that weekend where I was asked to give a speech in front of 300 people so you can only imagine how badly I needed my hair to look perfect! Unfortunately leaving golden hour I was in extreme pain from the sew in they had done to the point where I had a migraine so bad that I didn’t sleep a min through the night. The next morning I searched high and low to have someone take the extensions out immediately. PRAISE THE LORD, I found Natalie and her incredible team at Hair Reformation. She had me come in right away and we’re in absolute shock when they saw how bad the extensions from the previous salon had been falling out. They quickly removed them and I was so relieved because the pain was gone. I was still in a panic because I needed my hair done for that weekend and the team told me not to worry, they quickly booked an appointment for me that week before I left. Fast forward to day of getting my hair done, I came in so excited and ready. Not only did they meet my expectations but the truly went above and beyond. Victoria sewed in the extensions and I felt no pain! She did it absolutely perfectly. She didn’t stop there. She dyed my extensions and my hair to blend and I will say I have never had my color come out exactly what I wanted but she nailed it! My hair looked absolutely stunning! It was everything I expected and more. Now that I’m in Buffalo, I am only going to the hair reformation salon. They really are the BEST! I’m not letting anyone ever touch my hair if it’s not Natalie, Victoria and the incredible team. They were so kind, patient, professional and the sweetest! All of the stylists there are constantly working on growing and continuing their education. They do what is right for your hair’s health and the whole salon is welcoming! If you’re looking for a salon in Western New York, RUN don’t walk to Hair Reformation!! Natalie and the girls are amazing! Every time I go in for my appointment, I know that I’m guaranteed to leave feeling amazing. I originally came into their salon with dry, damaged hair due to breakage. I barely had any strands left! They recommended putting in the Kitsune hand tied extensions using the IBE method so that my hair could look fabulous while it grew out, and I am so glad I listened! Not only did my hair look amazing with the extensions in, but I was SHOCKED at how beautiful, long, and healthy my hair looked once I decided to take the extensions out! I have never seen such good results after using extensions, which many people will tell you are damaging to your hair. That is definitely not true! If you’re using the right method with skilled stylists, extensions are an amazing option. Also, their color work is phenomenal. Whether you’re looking for platinum, honey blonde, bronde, brunette, or anything in between, you will not be disappointed! Also, not only are they all amazing hairstylists, but they are also amazing people. They are all so kind, generous, and helpful! Genuinely, Hair Reformation is the best salon I’ve ever been to. They truly brought my hair from a rough place to a beautiful one! I highly recommend you check them out! I can’t begin to explain how lucky I feel to have found Natalie and her amazingly, talented glam squad at Hair Reformation. I moved from PA about a year ago – and after endless searching online, I went to a salon that turned my platinum hair yellow and destroyed my fairly new extensions. I was ready to give up and drive back to PA every two months after my biggest fear came true. I then took one more chance and booked a consult with Natalie after hearing amazing reviews. When I walked into Hair Reformation I knew within minutes of talking with Natalie and her team that I found my new home. Natalie NEVER once said anything negative about my hair despite the condition it was in and only had positive things to say about how we were going to make it better. She listened to my hair goals and made them happen with one session! Now, after a year with Bellamy handtied extensions, I just recently made the switch to IBE and my only regret is that I didn’t do it sooner! I love how they look and feel in my hair and I can’t walk into a room without receiving a compliment. I feel my most confident self walking out of Hair Reformation. I 10/10 recommend this amazing salon to anyone and highly suggest IBE to any babe who lives for extensions like I do- they are life changing!
