Called as a walk-in on a whim. All of the ladies were nice and professional. The process was different than I was used to. They gave me a T shirt so I wouldn’t get hair on my clothes. The shampooing came with a wonderful, much needed, and greatly appreciateed head massage. My stylist listened to what I wanted and didn’t try to do anything crazy. I don’t get a haircut often, but I will go back to Hair Reflections when i do.
