I came here because of the good reviews and I am entirely disappointed. Wasted so much time today waiting to be seen for my appointment. Made one because it says online you have to make an appointment. Waited 50 minutes and found out my stylist took two people before me, one of whom was a walk-in. I don’t mind waiting a few minutes to be seen but I was never acknowledged and never offered another stylist to be seen sooner. Very unprofessional.

Wow where to begin, I had being going to Alfred for a few years since 1996. Then stop and just went back yesterday 2/5/22. I had jet black hair color which is very hard to get out. I started the process and due to my Latina complicity my Pigmentation tends to take my color into cooper color tone which I do not like. Alfred did everything in his power to change and correct my hair color. Then on Sunday his day off he took the time to reach out to see how was my hair. That is call services. For ever thankful!

I have been a client for seven years with the same hairstylist, Carlos, he has done as wonderful job every time I go to get my hair done. Love the staff and their service, excellent people, very friendly. My only thing I dislike is the parking, you need to pay for parking or park your car way up the block.

If you’re looking for professional help, this location is not one of them. I wanted my hair balayage & I ended up walking out of that salon with BLEACHED highlights all over my hair. The sad part was I told the guy who did my hair to not touch my roots and he obviously didn’t care to listen and did it anyways. Not just that, but I had to pay almost 200 and at the end regretting even going there. For me money isn’t the issue. What’s very frustrating was taking care of my hair with all the bleach he put on my hair. What bothers me the most is that I first got on the chair and I specifically told him not to. Horrible experience. Very unprofessional. NEVER again. Please take my advice before your hair goes thru the same thing mine did because of this horrible place.
