As a former employee, I should have listened to the numerous clientele who warned me about the position. It was almost comical to hear about how many former employees sat in that chair. On a Thursday the office got together to celebrate my birthday, it almost made me feel like I was part of a team (but a part of me knew that one of the employees was trying to sabotage my job). I was let go the following Monday because I had a very important doctors appointment that day. I did forget to notify the manager the week before, it was my birthday that week and I had a lot going on. Working two jobs (part time for HP), it was becoming too much for me. After being offered more hours by the owner, I was under the impression that things were good. .. What upset me was that I was let go (while at my dr’s appointment) in a text message. I was told that things were not working out in the text message with no other explanation. I tried calling the owner, but she wouldn’t answer my call. Never even returned my call. As if I wasn’t a human being. Almost making me feel like I did something wrong. I was exhausted those last weeks, working almost 70 hours a week while the office manager took a vacation. I never should have stepped up, should have only followed my written job responsibilities. Good luck to the next person who sits in that chair. Beware of a specific person feeling threatened and sabotaging your job. I’ve never been treated with such disrespect. .. Also, because I tried to keep my personal life out of the workplace, my dog was suffering from cancer. He passed away two weeks later. I expect negative and false responses to this. No one will ever be successful in that position. I had to write this to inform others about what happens administratively. Because of Pride and humility, I am still hurt. I deserved at least a phone call.

I am a mom and wife, who has been struggling with hair loss (due to genetics) for the past 20 years. Throughout the years, I have tried to hide my thinning hair by sticking to a certain hairstyle and by using powders. It got to the point that it was becoming too difficult to hide. Not knowing what options were out there for me. I searched for an expert and thankfully I found Hair Professionals. It has changed my life. I met with Andrea, the owner, for a free consultation and from the moment you walk in you realize they understand their clients’ needs. They have private rooms for each stylist. Andrea was superb. Not only is she knowledgeable and an expert in her field, but her understanding of the emotional impact on women was spot on. She made me feel at ease from the moment I walked in the door. I felt comfortable telling her my little secret, which other than my husband I have never revealed to anyone else. Based on our consultation she listed my options. I choose a bonded hair piece. I’ve had it for a week and what a difference it has made. I have received so many compliments. My kids, co-workers and others think it’s my own hair. It has given me my confidence back with a little more spunk. I am now enjoying all the different ways of styling my new hair. After they set your new hair they have you come in for a one-week checkup. Andrea and her staff are absolute angels, they take their time and answer all your questions, give you pointers, etc. I feel so blessed to have found them. I wish I would have known about them years ago. They are your hair angels that you want to keep secret, but at the same time you want everyone to know because of how awesome they are!!!
