I have been coming to see Kathy (the owner) for about 4-5 years. I stumbled upon her salon as I live in the area near 17th in Costa Mesa. Originally when I had passed by, I thought it was a beauty supply store but was pleasantly surprised it is a full service Hair Salon. The first time I stepped in she made me feel so welcome and actually was able to take me as a walk in which was shocking. Fast forward nearly 5 years later Kathy is still my favorite go-to hair person for many reasons. She is so kind and listens to what you want, she always tries to fit me in on short notice wihtin the same week, she is very affordable especially for the level of serice and experinece she provides. As a very busy working mom these things are really valuable to me. I have been to a couple other stylists during this time and always come back to Kathy as most other salons want to charge double, take months to book, and I dont feel the same level of service I get from Kathy. She often will even throw in a deep conditioning treatment for me for free when she can tell my hair is in bad shape and I havent been taking care of it as well. She is the sweetest!

This popular salon is a convenient gem for many locals. Kathy Tran is amazing. Fast and skilled, she has a lot of regular clients who rely on her work and her kindness. But all the stylists are friendly and very professional. In a busy strip mall, with neighborhood favorite food places and retail shops. Parking lot can be a bit congested, but street parking is also available.

Sherie cuts and dyes my hair perfect every time, and so I’ve never had to go anywhere else. I get many compliments on my hair and everyone asks where I go and I say here. The stylists are very knowledgeable on modern trends and what style is in right now and give great recommendations on what products to use. They also have a wide selection of products there so it’s convenient when you get done with a cut and dye. Also, the parking is pretty good considering the area.
