I did hair straightening and was treated very good very caring Yulia hair stylist did and she very caring and v good . Come to this Parlour get good service .morning appt I took 9 am I was the first customer and I was treated very good fast service and very clean environment and v good Parlour and very hygienic service and the Parlour v hygienic near clean . They took care of me like their own people. Very appreciated and very grateful to all . Thanks excellent customer service

Love this place!!!! I used to get my nails and brows at a different location in the same neighborhood but the girls were always rude and disrespectful towards me, I found this place and not only the are kind and polite, they do an amazing job, I got my trims cut and my hair is GROWING!!!!!! VERY GOOD HANDS!!! Also the Ecuadorian nail and eyebrow lady are so good at what they do!!!! Especially waxing.. wouldn’t change this salon!! The best!

Yulia, the owner and main hair stylist, is awesome. She knows what I want without me having to specify exactly, and she is consistent every single time. I am satisfied after every haircut. Also, they wash your hair before and after each haircut. 10/10 recommend.

Worst experience. They charge huge amount. Went there for Japanese hair straightening they told me I had to do keratin treatment. They wanted to charge me $280. I told them i don’t have that much amount so agreed to do keratin only on half part of my hair. They even charged for haircut price I believe which is already included with the straightening package.

I go there for Japanese hair straightening and they make it seem like a good deal but they charge you a HUGE mandatory tip (fee) and honestly my hair wasn’t even pin straight for long. Just pay extra to go to a high end salon. The atmosphere here is not even friendly or plush and neither are the services.

Went here today got Japanese hair straightening and the two laddies did a great job it came out straight straight like I like it. In the past I came here and it had a lady that used a walker, but I think they switched hands and kept a few of the same people. They use to beg for tips after you paid and point to the sign saying you are required 15% tips that use to be on the front counter. After I paid I looked down they removed that hand made sign they had. I only came today because the woman I usually go to in another place want to Korea and I needed my hair down today. I was a little scarred about getting my hair done by different people they did great it come out good. I’ll come again and the people were all sweet from the dressers to the washer. I think they only take cash though or try to get you to pay cash, because one lady left out of there to get cash and came back. Good luck choosing a good beauty parlor.

I told the lady to cut my hair below my shoulder length, straight and minimal layer but she took an hour. 1st it was the right length, then she told me that she will do minimal layer but started chopping out my hair and made it way too short and thin. I do not understand what part she did not understand. She was fluent in English….why would u mess up some One’s hair. I had a thick hair and just wanted it litte shorter… but this lady messed up my hair and it is so thin and is just below my neck. I am really frustrated. I suggest people to not to go in this horrible place. No matter what u tell them they end up cutting ur hair like they wanted.
