My haircut was fine, but the experience was very unpleasant. My stylist was VERY rough with my hair, and I have extremely long curly hair. She yanked a lot of hair out without saying anything about being so rough, then scrubbed the life out of my scalp with her nails when she shampooed me. She then whipped me in the face WITH MY OWN HAIR throughout the entire haircut, stuck her fingers in my ears roughly multiple times, it was genuinely the worst haircut experience I’ve ever had. My scalp still hurts a day later, and the cut honestly wasn’t worth it.

Mimi is incredible! She is so kind and has an amazing talent for hair! She takes her time and gives you exactly what you want. I came in with a mess and left with a beautiful bob hairstyle and gorgeous brown color. I’ve never been so happy with my hair! I asked her for face layers and to thin out my hair but she did all over uneven layers around my head and said “you don’t need to thin out your hair” WHO SAYS THAT TO A CLIENT?????
