I went a week ago and I got a color, highlights and a cut by violet. She’s a very sweet lady and does take care of you, but doesn’t listen very well. After the color was done it was ok, not exactly what I wanted because I told her dark and she was like Oh no honey not dark. I went home and washed my hair the next day (which she said I could) and the color was washing out big time. Never had that much color come out. Now my hair looked orange and I was very upset. So I went back to her and she redid it dark like I said the first time and she was like Oh wow you do look good in dark hair. Now again the color is coming out. I’m going back to her again because I don’t pay big bucks for colors to wash out less than a week. Also the last thing is with my cut I said a trim and she took off an inch in a half. Ugh! This is why I don’t get my hair done by specialists. Very dissatisfied!
