Critical: QualityWent on Monday since it was recommended by someone, I asked the barber beforehand if he could cut my toddler’s hair, he said he couldn’t today, then changed his mind after I walked out the door, he followed me and told me he could as I was approaching my car, my kid sat down and then he just started to shave my kids hair, notice how I used “shaved” he barely used scissors, he would keep complaining that my kid was moving too much, then he just gave up and left my kid’s hair a whole mess, if he did not have patience he should have just said nothing, he left the back completely irregular, one side burn shaved while the other undone, I WILL NEVER GO BACK TO THIS PLACE, but I would most definitely like to get ahold of the owner of the establishment, the guy also tipped himself, he charged me 25 while I know the haircut for kids is 20, why would I tip someone who had done a messy and mediocre job? I took my boys for haircuts today and we will definitely be back! Called yesterday and they set an appointment for today, a Sunday, which is very rare. Both barbers did great jobs and were incredibly friendly and professional. The place is very clean with a great atmosphere. We’re new to NC and it’s a relief to find this place after trying a few that we weren’t impressed with at all.

Received a warm welcome as soon as I walked in the door. This shop is very clean and professional. Jeff cut my triplet boys hair and made sure he understood exactly what we were looking for before turning on his clippers. He made my boys feel comfortable by holding conversation and getting to know them. Jeff did not remove the apron until getting approval from myself and my kids that we were satisfied. While Jeff did a great job, I also noticed some great fade jobs and shaves from the other barbers. I will definitely be a repeat customer.

I saw this place while eating at tony’s a week prior. Needless to say, I was in need of a good haircut, along with 3 year old twin boys. We went online to research Barbers and found a 4 star option a little closer to our house but was ready to give this barber a try because we saw it while we were eating.

I have had a terrible time finding someone who claimed to be a professional barber and really was.I brought my son and daughter in and all I can say is WOW ! This crew knows their stuff we walked in and I talked to JEFFREY briefly and described what I wanted done on my son’s hair and it was greater than I ever expected and my daughter had a custom design she wanted on the back of her head and jay nyce did a fantastic job.we have our new family barber shop.check em out
