Went in asking him to trim split ends off my long hair. He said he’d take “an inch off”. He took off 5 inches. He just cut it straight across without bothering to add layers or any other styling. He’s great at cutting my boyfriend’s hair but I’m very sad that I’ve lost over a years worth of hair growth.
