My hair is very difficult for many hair stylists- so I’ve been told. It’s straight and thick but with a fine texture. I’ve been struggling to find someone who knows how to manipulate it properly since it’s so particular. I’ve had my hair cut by two different people at Hair Plus and they both did such a great job. I was surprised how easy it was for them compared to the other stylists I’ve been too. Not to mention the awesomely affordable price. Their hours are ridiculously convenient and they even take walk-ins. Couldn’t be any more pleased. Highly recommended.

Kim is an excellent stylist. She is quite intuitive and understands what you asked her for. My stylist was out of town and I was hesitant in getting a hair cut. But Kim quickly understood my directions and gave me a great haircut. She is very humble and polite and is easy to talk to as well.

I went for a keratin, had a friendly experience in the first visit. But, after wash, it didn’t turn out as expected, it didn’t smoothen it out at all. When I went back, was asked to pay more money and was blamed for not buying the shampoo from them. Unhappy with the kertain process. Other services were good.

So , I went there for highlights, color and cut. Katherine was nice and I made it very clear that I want my highlights very noticeable. She did a good job but, in front, I could not see my highlights. I called her and she said she can fix it for me. I went there again after two days and she fixed it for me. When I came home/ my hotel , I noticed that the front of my hair looked grey since she did not do a good job at all .I end up calling her again and she said she can’t do anything else since I have too many chemicals at my hair. I end up paying big price for a lousy job. I wish she had checked it at store since she is a professional or refund part of my money. I am not happy with the service at all and would not recommend it to any one else.

Do not go to this place! The hairdresser, Kim, absolutely ignored my requests. I showed her the picture what haircut I want. She did the haircut, but 3 inches shorter than on picture, so instead of medium length hair I got short hair. I am very very dissapointed, crying for an hour in the car. She absolutely damaged my hair. How a hairdresser could be so ignorant to what customers want.
