Once a year I treat myself to haircut because I can’t afford to get one often. Using this salon was a waste of money. I saw Nina who was unpleasant and did not listen to what I wanted. I specifically told her I wanted to just cut the length because I was embracing my curls and still needed it long enough to put in a ponytail. She chose to cut it shorter then I asked and add very short layers. Which if you know curly hair you shouldn’t do. So now instead of a low maintenance style I wanted, I got a haircut I have to style everyday to make it look presentable. As a busy mom this is a major disappointment and inconvenience. If you want a quality haircut and service I recommend you try a different salon.

You get what you pay for here. When I walked in the girl at the front desk proceeded to finish sending her text before she checked me in for my appointment. The hairstylist Amanda kept making rude comments while cutting my hair. It seemed like she was annoyed she had to stay late for a client. If this is the case, she should block out the time so people aren’t able to book her online. When I got home I noticed my hair was choppy and not blended at all. Will not be coming back, I’m not sure what all the other positive reviews are for but you’d probably be better off going to a beauty school for better service.

I showed hair dresser picture of what I wanted and my end result was not what I asked for. Then I was told to buy toner shampoo to help lighten it up but I already paid 190$ for a trim and hair dye and it didn’t come out platinum blonde. Overall just upset with the result and disappointed being I wanted my hair done for my 21st birthday and it wasn’t what I asked for. Hair Stylist super nice and sweet no disrespect just very upset with the outcome of my hair below are pictures of what I asked for and what I got

Do not go here if you have curly hair, I have tried to give this salon multiple tries but it seems like no one here understands how curly hair or shrinkage works and has always given me waaay too short of cuts and completely ignores the pictures I show for reference of the length I want or style. The service is excellent, all the staff (girls) are very friendly and professional.Silvia is my hair dresser. I walked in here 3 years ago and met her and I haven’t gone anywhere else since. She saved me from another hair stylist that just wouldn’t listen to me, and then had the nerve to cancel my appointments or change my appointment tone more than once. Silvia has always done an excellent job on my hair. I get so many compliments.Silvia also did my hair for my wedding and another girl from the Salon did my makeup (at my house!).
