The lady that provided the pedicure was wonderful. The facilities were good. The staff were friendly. It would have rated a perfect 5 star except for a man that was allowed to remain. He had a deep cough and was spitting mucus in a nearby trash can. I don’t believe he was a customer. After about 40 minutes he left the facility.

One of the worst cuts I’ve ever had!! Very choppy and nothing is blended. I have chunks of hair missing all over. I saw other people getting bad hair cuts too while I was there. Definitely would not recommend this place to anyone unless you were going for a super short cut and had Denise cut it. Denise cut my friends hair and did a decent job. Not sure how she would do with shoulder length or longer cuts.

My grandson and I went in as a walk in to get our haircut for an up coming cruise. We only had to wait maybe 5 minutes, my grandson went first and she did everything he wanted done and he is rather picky when it comes to his hair. When it was my turn I showed her a picture of what I wanted done and was extremely pleased with the results. I have been to many other salons and they didn’t know what feathering your hair was

I get a different stylist every time I walk-in haven’t walked out with a bad one yet. I wish they could have stayed in Chapin. But it’s well worth the drive.

I take my girlfriend here to get her nails done and we are always extremely satisfied with the quality of work, it never takes to long, and they treat you like family! I drive from the other side of the city just to make sure i get her nails done the right way

Customer service stinks….need to take “walk-in welcome” off the door because you don’t feel welcomed the least bit! Bad info..told me to come back in 45 minutes and I did just that..left me sitting 15 more minutes and then said they couldn’t fit me in. I do not suggest them the least bit!
