I recently went in for a root touch up and to give my daughter a haircut. The salon looked amazing from the last time I was there, it’s under new ownership. It looks really sleek and updated, absolutely amazing vibes. My hairstyle is was fabulous. She gave my daughter her most desired curtain bangs with long layers. Without hesitation I will be returning to do my root touch-ups here and anything else beauty. Thank you ladies!

Critical: ProfessionalismThe man on the counter is a fraud. The hair-stylists are all good. He would always tell you not to buy on groupon and instead pay directly and after the services, would charge you extra quoting whatever reasons. Eg. ‘Your hair is thick so 20$ extra for the cut.’ Fix the costs upfront. I would recommend ‘Arpine’ but I won’t go there again – given this counter man just trying to make more money giving excuses, after the services obviously. So, buy on groupon & go, ask for costs upfront, tip generously in cash to the stylist! Hair Perfect Pasadena is a great place to get a quality haircut at an affordable price. It is in a nice shopping center with plenty of parking spaces. It is open 7 days and you don’t need an appointment! There is usually no wait and they are able to take care of you right away! Try it for yourself.

Terrible service!!!! Basically waited for almost 30 minutes and then someone else who came after me went before me and all the dude did was say oh he called when I had also called and my name was ahead of the list. So what’s the point of having a list over there if you’re just gonna let it run like any but you want to go they can go before you. Seriously unprofessional!!! I would recommend stay away from this place because making a phone call dad makes no sense the guy just basically lets whoever he wants first to go.
