I had a fantastic experience with Jana! I wanted to do a big curly hair chop and she did a wonderful job giving me exactly what I wanted. Going from hair down to my waist to a super short bob to my ears was a big change but I was instantly confident in Jana from the moment we started chatting about the cut. Jana genuinely listened to what I wanted and I have NEVER felt so good after a hair cut. Thank you so much Jana and I cannot wait to see you again soon for a trim 🙂

As a recent transplant to Denver from NYC, I took a chance on this salon with my curly hair and I would highly recommend to anyone looking for a curly cut! Windamere cut my hair and did an excellent job. I’ve had Deva cuts before and not been overly impressed, but Windamere clearly is a talented and highly skilled stylist who understands curly hair. I’m looking forward to seeing her again in December for highlights. Thank you Hair People!

Windamere is just amazing! She’s great at what she does, and she just has the coolest vibe. The salon is cute, chill and pretty laid back. But these ladies know why they are doing. I have very curly hair and this is the only place in Denver I trust. Definitely recommend them. Haircut

I wanted it to be a good review, but unfortunately I cannot in all honesty give them a five since my hair is still recovering from my recent haircut. The stylist is a great gal and I am sure she is actually made most of her clients happy, but I was unfortunate that somehow I was burning my hair with my brush dryer and it was broke so the stylist wanted to fix it, to help it recover. After the unfortunate cut, there was the blow drying straight into what appeared to be a mullet. So the variation between the layers are too obvious. When I called to complain, the owner was understanding and even offered a refund. I didn’t want a refund because the stylist did put in the time and she appeared distraught herself about the haircut. Good thing is that hair grows! I feel they are good at styling but they may be not so good at transitioning mid-hairstyles. I don’t know what I would have done in the stylist’s shoes. Though, I couldn’t come on here and give them a five when I paid total including tip $90 and have to live with this bad style for three months.

There are not enough words to describe how perfect was my experience at Hair People. I walked out of the salon with beautiful color, highlights and haircut. My hair smelled so yummy and it looked very shiny and healthy. The next day when I woke up, I barely had to touch it up. This is the best hair salon for curly or any type of hair. My most recent cut was to celebrate making it through this awful pandemic! It’s trendy and my mostly wavy ringlet hair falls right into the cut. Anyway, they take their time, have great equipment. Hair Stylist are very experienced and if one is more experienced in a particular area they are assigned. Great collaboration!

Warm, professional, personable, and knowledgeable stylists. I’ve been going to Hair People the past couple of years and I’m always consistently happy with my experience there – as well as my haircut! I can be very low-maintenance when it comes to my hair, and I feel like Brittany can wave a wand and make my low-maintenance hair look increidble. They truly want you to have an uplifting experience every time you come to the salon. Brittany is also a gem, on top of being a really skilled stylist. It is obvious that the salon is loved by those who work there – they are always changing up the decor and making it feel very warm and personable. Always a wonderful experience.
