She told me she had 10 years experience in cutting hair and has been doing braids since she was a little girl…but I find that hard to believe when she told me she had the the extra hair I needed and instead not only did she not have it.. On the day I came she wasn’t there when I showed up and then she texted and asked if I could go to another beauty supply store to buy braid in hair and and she would pay me back she also rescheduled 3 differant times in the same day..Finally days before I gave her a picture of what i wanted and very specific with how i wanted it and she said no problem but when I told her I wanted extra long hair witch she charged me for…not only that but i didn’t get what I asked for..it was just below my shoulders I told her the colors i bought and where i wanted it… blond on top and burgundy underneath instead she did the complete opposite..and then I have this undercut that needed to be touched up instead what did she do she took a patch out of the back of head…and didn’t even say anything and charged me $25 and then to top it off I didn’t know about it til someone pointed it out …For everything she charged me was way over price $225.00….She didn’t seal the top half of my braids when she was done she only dipped half my braids in hot water and they were so stiff it hurt…her mirror in her salon doesn’t do justice…and not only that when I called and told her I’d like my money she only refunded me back $70 and she told me she would call me in a couple days and she would fix everything…she never called back…very unprofessional!! Hands down the best place to get your hair done. She makes sure your right before you step off her chair. I can’t wait until she has her massage parlor completed I’ll definitely be back for that!!! My hair looks amazing!!!!

I went here to get a 1 inch trim. The stylist told me that she had experience working with long, straight hair. There was only a full length mirror for me to look at my hair so I couldn’t see much until I got home. She cut approximately 3 inches off my hair and it was so uneven that I had to go somewhere else and pay, again, to get my hair even, about another 2 inches. This woman promised me she had experience and lied to my face. Experienced stylist do not do a 2 inch, uneven cut. She might be good at doing braids but she gives horrible hair cuts and I definitely DO NOT recommend her.

I am able to pick up items I’ve ordered on wish from here what a great option to offset shipping costs and the time it takes to get your purchases. This is the only service I’ve used here so far but can see myself buying some apparel even for the hubby and the kiddo. Hair service seems to be ethnically oriented and appears to provide great service to the clients. Check it out what do you got to lose.

Im sorry to say inconsistent hours makes this a hard business to love. I hope she can do better on her hours of operation. By being consistent i believe her business would grow, because the store and lady running it are very appealing. She was personable and had a warm welcoming personality and the store is also seemed welcoming. But out of 10 visits during regular business hours i caught it opened once and i called ahead 2 times in her defence im sure its been hard reopening after the lockdown. I may try again but only if i drive by and see it open which is not too often.
