Critical: Professionalism, QualityI went here for a few months and the ladies at the front desk were always rude, and gave me attitude and treated me like a child because i’m a teenager. My stylist never talked to me once during my 4 hour appointments. She also left yellow chunks in my hair, and never got me as blonde as the hairstylist I go to now. They charged me so much money for hair you could barely even tell got dyed. I went here for a few months and the ladies at the front desk were always rude, and gave me attitude and treated me like a child because i’m a teenager. My stylist never talked to me once during my 4 hour appointments. She also left yellow chunks in my hair, and never got me as blonde as the hairstylist I go to now. They charged me so much money for hair you could barely even tell got dyed. Wont be spending my money here ever again.

Positive: Professionalism, Punctuality, QualityI normally alternate between two different hairdressers at Blow Out on Space Center. Been going there for since 2018 as they’ve been the only place that gave me closest to what I wanted. Well, they haven’t had any availability lately and I needed something done quick to my very sad, neglected mane. My husband scheduled the appointment for me at Hair Palace, and they put me in with a girl named Jenna. The salon itself is located within sort of a hole-in-the-wall looking strip center, but the inside is a totally different story; Beautifully designed with a very nice atmosphere that assures you that you are in a quality establishment that ain’t messin’ around. Jenna looked to be young, and you would almost think she might be brand new at this if you judged a book by its cover, but this girl knows *exactly* what she is doing (and she is a perfectionist in her craft, which I adore). I came in, gave her my hair history, and showed her pictures of my goal, which was basically a Victoria’s Secret type balayage with voluminous flowy bombshell waves. I even showed her a plan B photo in case what I was asking for was unreasonable, but that turned out to not be necessary. I ended up with EXACTLY what I asked for(not just close to it, like at BlowOut), and I could not be happier with the results. Everything from the color, to the cut, to the style… All perfect. I’ve never had my hair done in a way that I literally have to stare at it every time I go to the bathroom and encounter a mirror, but here we are. The only downside is that they are a *little* bit more expensive than the other place, but both my husband and I agree that it is worth every penny and probably more. Thank you Jenna, for making me feel like an absolute bombshell! I normally alternate between two different hairdressers at Blow Out on Space Center. Been going there for since 2018 as they’ve been the only place that gave me closest to what I wanted. Well, they haven’t had any availability lately and I needed something done quick to my very sad, neglected mane. Critical: ValuePLEASE DON’T USE THIS PLACE!!! I hate writing negative reviews, but this was a bad experience overall. First, they don’t wash/wet your hair to ensure it’s being cut evenly. The cuts were made unevenly, to where on the same layer some hair strands were extremely uneven. The uneven cuts left the haircut lopsided, with different areas standing up. We ended up going to our regular hairdresser right after our appointment here to fix the horrendous haircuts.Service: HaircutPLEASE DON’T USE THIS PLACE!!! PLEASE DON’T USE THIS PLACE!!! I hate writing negative reviews, but this was a bad experience overall. First, they don’t wash/wet your hair to ensure it’s being cut evenly. The cuts were made unevenly, to where on the same layer some hair strands were extremely uneven. The uneven cuts left the haircut lopsided, with different areas standing up.
