The first time I got my hair done here, it was great. I loved the style. The second time I went there was a different lady, who was constantly calling over the manager for advice on how to ‘fix’ my hair. Insulting the other stylist the entire time. My hair was awful when I left, and I won’t be back. I went to another salon to get it fixed, and the lady could not stop laughing and asking where the hell this lady got her license.

It was the most terrible experience i have ever had at a haircut place!! I asked for a shape up and she had cut off my bang’s and I had to stop her and get up out of the chair,, she had hacked my hair and then said go upstairs and maybe they can fix it,, now I have to let my hair grow out again,, please do yourself a favor and never get yout hair done there,,,

Terrible service. Ruined my hair. Had to go to another salon and pay to have their cut fixed. Swiped my card before I could say I wasn’t satisfied (saw I was crying) and now refuse to compensate in any way other than another haircut. Refuse to give me managers name or a way to contact. Have no hair left for them to cut (went from 5″ below my shoulders to 3″ above and no bangs).

What a nightmare. I thought the haircut was ok at first but as soon as I got home I noticed how horribly cut the back of my hair was. It is so uneven and overall looks like someone inexperienced cut it. I’m never getting my hair cut there again and I would advise everyone to just find somewhere else to get their hair cut.

The women working there today was great my mom came in with a disaster because of Alexander’s serious screw up and when I tell you she worked her magic the women worked her magic she clearly had skill and experience and was confident in her work and what she was doing…this place is definitely worth it and reasonably priced a little shocked as to some of the reviews on here my mom came in basically shaking about to cry and left with the biggest smile good job

Absolute joke. The ladies are MEAN and I heard them talking about me. Walked right out and they didn’t say anything because they knew they were guilty. I will be taking legal action on this place and making sure they won’t be open by the end of the year. BE READY because you’ll regret it. I mean it. Close down or I’ll make you.
