Positive: Cleanliness, ProfessionalismMy daughter and I both had our hair fixed, I say fixed because our last cuts were all messed up by a different salon(uneven,choppy…it was bad). Kristie got us in the same day and was so patient with my 5 yr old. The whole experience was great from start to finish. All the gals in the shop were friendly and professional. Thank you!

Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueI went to get a few inches taken off and layers. They were very nice and talkative! I did want my shape to be more of a “v” coming down the back and it turned out more rounded but I’ll be back in a few weeks for another trim, I have some bad split ends so im gradually trimming them off without losing too much length at a time and I’ll have it more v’d out then. I went to get a few inches taken off and layers. They were very nice and talkative! I did want my shape to be more of a “v” coming down the back and it turned out more rounded but I’ll be back in a few weeks for another trim, I have some bad split ends so im gradually trimming them off without losing too much length at a time and I’ll have it more v’d out then. Critical: Professionalism, PunctualityAfter convincing myself to let someone touch my daughters hair it was cut choppy and uneven. Called to let the owner know and she seemed apologetic but after showing up to the salon and her realizing it was HER that messed my daughters hair up she was very rude. We showed up on time and she basically was telling another stylists that my appointment was 30 mins prior LOL. I know for a fact When I scheduled it because my daughter was still in school 30 mins prior. She made comments about why it was choppy and basically Blamed it on me. After convincing myself to let someone touch my daughters hair it was cut choppy and uneven. Called to let the owner know and she seemed apologetic but after showing up to the salon and her realizing it was HER that messed my daughters hair up she was very rude.
