Absolutely love my nails and appreciate both these ladies and the environment they have both created and the friendly, hilarious conversation, having to wear your mask for an hour during your service, is definitely worth it considering how welcomed they both make you feel during your visit. Me and my cousin have both been going here every few weeks for some time now and annette and karen have both been nothing but nice and respectful to us and everybody we’ve seen come into the salon. Critical: ProfessionalismMade appointment for a nail fill. I’m visiting from out of town. Got to the salon talked to nail tech, Used the bathroom then went back up front to wait for my appointment. I then got asked by the lady doing someone’s hair if I’ve been vaccinated. I won’t answer because personally it’s no one’s business. She then proceeded to say i would to wear a mask. I proceeded to walk out the door because like I said earlier, it’s no one’s business my medical history. If this was an issue why when I made my appointment wasn’t I ask or something mentioned???
