Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueKatrena cut my hair around 2 months ago and Tate colored my hair a few days ago, and I can honestly say they were both the best experiences I have ever had at a salon. I won’t go anywhere else from now on. They were both very professional, kind, and patient with me as I didn’t really know exactly what I wanted either time. Tate was able to get me in the day of, and I booked for a balayage but we settled on basically a platinum card, and it only cost $150 compared to $400+ at any other salon I’ve considered in the past. Not to mention it’s the best color I’ve ever had. I’ve had sticker shock at other salons and been disappointed with how my hair looked, but I left feeling AMAZING about my hair both times I’ve been here. Everyone who works here seems so personable and kind, and I really could not say enough good things about this salon and the incredible women who work there. I won’t go anywhere else from now on. They were both very professional, kind, and patient with me as I didn’t really know exactly what I wanted either time.
