I’ve gotten my hair done with Dominique twice now! I had black box dyed hair and my goal was to gradually go a caramel brown/blonde to avoid damaging my hair too much. I want to say I’m halfway to where I want to be, my hair has been bleached two times in the span of 3 months but it is still soft & manageable! Something that was super important for me, since I didn’t want to have crusty dusty hair lol. I’m so happy to have chosen her for all of my hair needs! Just got a hair cut and style done by Shannon G. She truly made it such a great experience! She was super sweet and so fun to talk to! And she gave me some great advice on how to take care of my hair while I’m trying to grow it out long. I highly recommend her for your hair stylist!!!

Asked for consultation, got pooh-poohed on the phone by either owner or manager. I was very explicit about what my hair did, how it behaved (or misbehaved), what I’d had done before and liked very much, what I wanted, what my styling problem areas were and what hair problems I had. Very explicit on how slowly my hair grows. I needed an experienced hairstylist. Got inexperienced. She was very nice, but… had very obviously never dealt with recalcitrant hair.
