Walked in today for a gel manicure. My manicure turned out beautifully! He was efficient (I was in and out in 35 minutes), took time to ask me on a couple of occasions if the color was what I wanted. I moved from Philly to West Chester and drive to Malvern for this husband & wife duo! They are so nice to me and I’ve never felt rushed. I receive so many compliments on my dip powder manicures. She takes her time to make my nails uniform and even without looking too thick/unnatural or lumpy which some salons do when using dip powders. She recommended a nail treatment in between my dip sessions to keep my nails healthy during my pregnancy which I’m so happy about. It’s a busy salon so I definitely recommend you call ahead to get a spot with a manicurist. She can usually accommodate a same day appointment.

I was 9 minutes late for my second appointment at this vendor. As I walked in the door she told me she would not do my manicure because I was late. I had apologized but she did not want to know why I was late. There was no one in the store. She was rude and mean. She will have many empty chairs if she won’t help those of us who need it. Manicure

Very rushed and uncaring experience. My girlfriend and I got gel mani pedi and we both have gaps in our coverage. Her cuticles were not properly trimmed. The shape of our nails was rushed and looks bad and uneven. Overall if you don’t have time to do the service right than say that and don’t allow us to do it. I imagine they are fully capable of doing a good job they just simply didn’t that day.

First time visiting this business, and Thao and Diem are the sweetest! I got such a wonderful gel manicure by Thao and Diem gave me an absolutely lovely pedicure. Prices are incredibly reasonable, especially for the quality and honesty—Thao will absolutely keep it real with you, ask how your nails look during the process frequently, and won’t try to talk you into something more expensive, especially if she doesn’t think it’s good for your nail health. I will be returning regularly.
