I have always be afraid of salons. However this one makes me confident in the stylists! I love how the moment I walk through the door I feel like I am in a place firlt for a princess! From the chandelier to the bathrooms it feel luxurious. Emily did an amazing job listening to me and helping me achieve the look I wanted. Ahe was knowledgeable and even answered my technical questions. I loved everyone from the receptionist to the other stylists. Were professional and helpful! Hands down this is my salon ♡ They clean as we move from station to station and let me be comfortable and feel truly relaxed♡♡♡ Thank you Annette for your dedication to excellence. Nalini did a awesome job on my hair. I have corse thick hair and one side is way thicker due to the part line. Nalini listened to what my hairdresser in NH told me to say on how she was dealing w thicker side and still allowing it to grow out and still be full.nalini you nailed it! I just recently moved to Florida. I was looking for a Salon who offered waxing services. I was in desperate need of assistance as the hairs on my chin were starting to compete with my husband’s beard. I also needed my eyebrows and my upper lip waxed. In other words, I needed the entire package for my face. I googled salons near me and called Hair and Nail Creations, Inc. I was assigned to a technician named Brittini Rodman. While Brittimi was waxing my chin, she made a comment about how coarse my hair was there. I personally thought that was unprofessional but in my desperate state, I allowed her to continue. I should have known better. Once she was finished with my waxing, she handed me a mirror. I had wax residue left all over my chin area.. I asked Brittini for a towel. Once I cleaned some of the wax away, I saw there was also a lot of hair still on my chin. When I commented about it, Brittini’s response was…”do you want me to wax it again?” Really??? That was the whole point of my visit, to leave the salon with NO hair on my chin. At any rate, she applied more wax. Guess what, when I looked in the mirror again, it really was no better but at that point, my chin area had become tender. In frustration, I asked to for tweezers. Her comment then was, the hairs were now too short to pull. Again, really??? Brittini actually expected payment. I walked out of this shop looking worse than when I walked in. I now had wax residue to go along with the hair still on my chin. By the way, when I got home, I was able to use my tweezers to pull the hairs she had left. I have diamond tipped tweezers. Perhaps Brittini should invest in a pair or two. Just to give a complete review of Brtitini’s waxing services, my eyebrows sucked as well. They were not properly arched. The upper lip, she was able to do.. In all good consciousness, I would not be able to recommend this shop for waxing services. My experience was beyond horrible.

Had a very good experience with cut and color. Fernando was my stylist. I highly recommend him. All the staff were wonderful. It’s been very difficult finding a great salon since moving to the Villages, but I won’t need to look any further!
