Mark saw the condition of my hair and the breakage after I told him the story. He made strong recommendations. I wasn’t prepared to cut off my hair and such as he said it would be to start my hair over and grow back. But he understood and continued to look for a resolution and understand my hesitation. But he went forward with a therapeutic treatment and clipped my ends. Honestly, I loved what he did as a finished product. Thank you so much for what you did at 7am this morning.
