I been a customer for 9 months never missed an appointment nor have I ever had an issue but today let me explain; every time I contact Gwen I normally have no problem but Now I see what people are saying about the service. Today I contact Gwen since I told her I would have surgery and be out for 2 months well she told me to contact her once I’m able to get my hair done I did!!! So 1#she didn’t know who I was and 2# she was very rude!! Instead of saying hello I’m not working today or I’m open after the holiday I get a very disrespectful text. I really liked coming here but I found a great salon closer to my home which let me remind you I dive 35-40 min to get to Gwen to get my hair done. My friend recommended me and she stopping going to Gwen 3 months ago due to her attitude!! I thought it was a misunderstanding because I never received that treatment from her but today I was wrong. As a great customer who tips and shows up on time I should never be approached with an attitude just to get my hair done. Good thing I found a new place and was able to get my hair done today and for 75.00 be careful and make sure you find a stylist that cares and also has a great customer service attitude. Gwen definitely lost me as a Client.
