The service was great. However, the person that I perceive to have been the owner/manager did not wear a mask the entire time I was there with my mother, just over an hour. Everybody else did. The girl that did my mother’s hair did a great job, very happy as was my mother but won’t be back. The risk especially to my mother who lives in assisted living is too great, very disappointed that the person was so inconsiderate of others safety. Too bad because otherwise a wonderful experience.

Critical: Professionalism, PunctualityMade an appointment because my schedule is very packed. Arrived at my appointment time only to be casually told that I’ll have to wait 30 minutes. I’m not very unreasonable I can understand 5-10 minutes behind but 30 minutes is completely unprofessional. They even sent me a confirmation text of my appointment time so they were aware. Not even a courtesy phone call to let me know they’re running late. Nothing. Very unhappy I drove all the way there.
