One lady has terrible customer service. Went in thinking about hair color for my girl and definitely getting a hair cut. I said plainly no color today after discussing it. She goes and forces her to pick a collar while I’m getting my hair cut, she apparently gets the color ready and I told her I sakd no color. She then starts to cry station g shes already got it prepped so I was guilt tripped into paying more than I wanted and almost more than I could. She then proceeds to mess it all up not even going by the picture we had showed. Hair turned out to be a bright orange reddish color. Hair was even cut like the picture. I go back the next day hoping the color would get darker. Asking for a refund being that we got an attitude from that specific lady from the start to end theres no reason to waste more time in that place. Just wanted the money back from the coloring. Plainly told them I’d pay for the hair cut after giving me an attitude. They tried to say they did It a specific way when they done it the complete oppisite. This lady is entitled as can be. One of those “stylists that think they can do what they think a person wants instead of what is shown. WE deserve a refund. End of story

They do accept walk ins. I was so impressed with how professional Sandy was. I love that she told me exactly what she was doing and why. I felt welcome and like they appreciated my business. Went to hair and more for the first time today. I called ahead for an appointment, but they worked me in within 30 min. They do accept walk ins. I was so impressed with how professional Sandy was. Older building with easy parking. When I arrived there was no wait time. The beautician seemed on the shy side but still very nice. Cut and styled my hair as requested but was a little scissor happy and cut it a tad shorter than I desired. The inside of the building was clean.
