Was always happy with this place until last Friday. Someone new did my daughter’s hair which was a big mistake. She hacked it up so bad. We showed her a picture of what we wanted and the length but she cut it so short we can’t even put it up in a ponytail or even braid it anymore. She cut it way too short I could of cried. She apparently either didn’t know what she was doing or has no idea how to cut natural curly hair. My daughter is so upset she cried for days. Not to mention I had to pay for it after she was done which was not cheap. I know next time I will ask for the same ladies we have let cut our hair for years and not that new lady. Sry I don’t remember her name.
